• We require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

• We accept AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Cash, Personal and Travelers Checks
• A credit card number must be provided to hold your room

• We require a minimum ten day notice for cancelations otherwise the guest is liable for the full amount of the reservation
• We will attempt to re-book the room(s) and if successful, we will not charge for the re-booked portion of the canceled reservation

• Check In time is 1 PM and Check Out time is 11 AM
• After checking out, guests are welcome to leave their car in the driveway while they either take a water taxi downtown or wander on foot through the historic district enjoying the sights of Annapolis before leaving

• There are 3 self contained guest accommodations each having a queen size feather bed with down comforter and pillows:
  • The "Abbey" Room on its own floor with private shower/toilet room and in-room double jacuzzi
  • The "Holly" Room with private toilet room and in-room shower and double jacuzzi
  • The petite "Little Star" Room with private toilet room, in-room claw foot tub and fireplace
• Room rates are:
  • "Abbey" room: $279 for one night, $259 per night for two or more nights
  • "Holly" room: $259 for one night, $229 per night for 2 or more nights
  • "Little Star" room: $169 per night
• Minutes walk or convenient water taxi from private pier to City Dock, Main Street, restaurants, etc.
• Room Rates are USD (American Dollars)
• All Occupancy Rates are subject to change
• State and Local taxes are additional

• A full breakfast, served between 8 and 10, is included in the room rate
• Breakfast is served in the elegant Dining Room
• Our signature dishes are Fresh Fruit Crepes, Dutch Apple Pancakes, Hard Cooked Eggs on a Buttermilk Waffle with Brie Sauce, Steak and Eggs and last but not least, Paula's famous French Challah bread Toast with market fresh thick cut Bacon. All breakfasts are served with fresh fruit, fruit juices, water and accompanied by fresh brewed Espresso, Cappuccino, Late or tea
